Who should receive these files?

The primary person — full name, phone, and email. After pay we email this person the traditional newspaper obituary as a PDF and as a Word document they can edit, and every question they answered with the answer — a PDF, a keepsake. The photo pages PDF — up to 200 photographs — and the ten-minute film are saved on the package page, not emailed. A 200-page file does not travel by email. That is expected. Then you make yours.

A facility code is optional. It tells us which local charity receives the $5. It is not a medical record number.

A discount code is optional. Leave blank if you do not have one. We apply it before you pay.
